About Me

Kevin Schoolfield, a third generation Real Estate Investor, has been actively working with Schoolfield Properties Inc., the family business, since 1999. He owns and manages a portfolio approaching 1,500,000 square feet in the Central Florida and Space Coast markets. This portfolio is comprised of Retail, Office, Medical, Industrial, and Flex space as well as Ground Leases. Kevin has worked with Global, National, Regional and Local companies. He has created ground leases, constructed over 200,000 square feet of New Retail/Office projects, and developed Surgical and Wound Care Facilities. He has remodeled over 500,000 square feet of Office, Retail, and Industrial holdings. Additionally, Kevin has developed and entitled over 1,500 residential lots and over 300 mobile home rental lots.

Kevin lives in Melbourne Beach, Florida with his wife Stephanie and their three children.
